Lorianne's healthy 
Weird Food. 
In a blender add:  (amounts are to taste)
A handful of kale leaves or spinach
One banana
A half cup or so of frozen strawberries (or fresh strawberries with some ice cubes.  You can substitute peaches, cherries, raspberries or your favorite fruit)
One peeled kiwi (optional)
A cup or so of orange juice
Blend to the consistency you like best.  For a thinner drink, add more orange juice.  For a thicker, "shake" consistency use less orange juice.
