DUMP POUND CAKE
Recipe
Ingredients:
2 - 1/4 cups flour (all-purpose)
2 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup butter (2 sticks)
2 cups (4 ounce) "Jell-O" vanilla pudding cups, (pre-made cups in refrigerated section)
3 eggs
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
1. Dump all ingredients in at once, mix at medium speed for 3 minutes.
2. Bake for 60 minutes in a well greased tube pan.
Notes: - If you use whipped margarine instead of real butter, bake at 325 degrees for 75 minutes. - If you use 1 stick Shedd's Spread margarine and 1/2 cup whipped margarine, bake at 325 degrees for 60 minutes. - If you use the "Hunt's" brand vanilla pudding in the 3 - 1/2 ounce cup, use two of these and 1 tablespoon of whole milk.
