DIP FOR FRESH FRUIT
This is a great dip to use in the summer when fresh fruit is plentiful. And nothing could be faster!
Ingredients:
2 (8 oz.) cartons low fat lemon yogurt
1/4 cup blanched almonds, chopped and toasted
1 teaspoon grated orange rind
2 tablespoons orange liqueur or orange juice
Directions:
Combine the lemon yogurt, almonds, orange rind and orange liqueur or juice and mix well.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors. This will keep in the refrigerator for 1 week.
Makes 8 servings.
