CHARLIE'S BUTTERMILK BISCUITS

It's a simple recipe... but good!
Ingredients:
2 cups self rising flour
1 stick butter
2/3 to 3/4 cup buttermilk
 
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425.

1.  Blend butter into flour with a pastry blender or fork.

2.  Stir in enough buttermilk to form a soft dough.

3.  Knead and handle as little as possible.

4.  Roll out into floured board and cut into 2 inch rounds.

5.  Bake for 10-13 minutes.
