Directions: |
1. Mix 1 beaten egg, melted butter, and cake mix thoroughly. Press mixture (it will be thick, like a crust) into a 9 x 12 inch Pyrex dish that has been sprayed with non-stick oil. The mixture should be spread evenly on the bottom of the dish. Set aside.
2. Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar, 2 eggs, and lemon extract. Pour mixture over the crust in the dish.
3. Bake at 325 degrees for 40minutes or until golden brown. Cut into squares and serve.
