Directions: |
1. In a medium saucepan, combine the soy sauce, peanut sauce, and coconut milk. Bring to a light simmer.
2. Add lime juice, chives, cilantro.
3. In the meantime, cook pasta according to package directions.
4. Drain and pour the simmering sauce over the pasta. Garnish with julienne carrots and sprouts.
NOTE: We found this sauce to be a bit thin, so feel free to add a bit of cornstarch to thicken according to your preference. If you have meat lovers in your family, you can also add cooked chicken or seafood to the sauce. |
