TASTY STEAK KABOBS

Ingredients:
Marinade:
1 cup Italian dressing
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 green onion thinly sliced

1 lb boneless beef round, cut into 1 inch pieces
12 large mushrooms
1 medium red bell pepper, cut into chunks
1 medium zucchini, sliced into large chunks
 
Directions: Makes 4 kabobs.

1.  In a shallow baking dish, combine dressing, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger and onion.

2.  Assemble kabobs by alternating beef and vegetables in skewers. Add kabobs to marinade, turning to coat. Cover and marinade in refrigerator for 1 to 4 hours, reserving marinade.

3.  Grill or broil, turning and basting frequently with reserved marinade, about 10 minutes or until beef is done. Serve kabobs over wild rice.
