TACO CASSEROLE

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon fresh garlic, chopped
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can El Chico Enchilada Sauce
1 (15 oz) can Ranch Style Beans, drained
1 large Bag Doritos
1 large Bag Grated Cheddar Cheese
 
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

1.  Brown meat, chopped onion, and garlic. Drain and return to pan.

2.  Add soup, enchilada sauce, beans and mix.

3.  Layer as follows in a 9 x 13 pan or casserole dish: Doritos, slightly crushed (just enough to cover bottom of pan, 1/2 of the meat mixture, 1/2 of the cheese, then repeat the layers ending with the rest of the cheese.

4.  Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
