Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
1. In a large bowl mix the first nine ingredients until smooth. Pour mixture into a 9x9 inch casserole dish.
2. Place pecans in a single layer on top of yam mixture.
3. For topping, mix softened butter with brown sugar. Spread over top of pecans.
4. Bake for 35 minutes or until brown and bubbling. |
