Chile flowers:
To make the chile flowers, use a sharp knife to make six cuts along each chile. Place the point of the knife about 1/2 inch from the stem end and cut toward the tip. Put the chiles into a blowl of iced water and let stand for about 25-30 minutes, until they have spread out into flower shapes.
Drink:
Put the tomato juice and Worchestershire sauce into a food processor and process gently until combined. Add the chopped chile, scallion, and ice cubes and process until smooth. Pour the mixture into glasses and garnish with the chile flowers. Add straws and serve. Serves 2
