Directions: |
1. In a medium skillet, brown bacon and onions until bacon is crisp.
2. Meanwhile, in a large saucepan or soup pot combine water, celery salt, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and potatoes. Cover and slow boil until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add milk and butter, then add flour to thicken.
4. Add bacon/onion mixture. Simmer for 5 or 10 more minutes. Serve! |
