Directions: |
1. Place the rice in a bowl with enough hot water to cover. Let the rice sit overnight.
2. Next day, remove the water and place 1/2 cup of it along with 2 cups milk into a blender. Blend until the rice is ground up.
3. Mix in 1/4 sugar, 1/2 tsp vanilla, and 1/4 tsp cinnamon. Do the same with the other half of the ingredients. Strain through a cheesecloth. Serve over ice. Makes six glasses. |
