1. Bake pie shell according to package instructions, or you can make your own. Let cool.
2. Combine cocoa, sugar, cornstarch and salt in medium saucepan; blend in milk until smooth. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture boils, boil and stir 3 minutes.
3. Remove from heat; blend in butter and vanilla. Pour into pie shell; press plastic wrap onto surface. Chill 3 to 4 hours. Serve with sweetened whipped cream. |
