1. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, chilies, soup packet or fresh chopped onions, and Dale's sauce.
2. To make each burger, form two thin patties. Spread butter on one of them, then press them together to form one patty so that the butter is in the middle.
3. Place on a grill (outdoor or stovetop) and sprinkle with Lawry's seasoning salt. Cook on both sides until medium-well and serve on buns with your favorite condiments.
Makes 4 burgers.
