FRESH STRAWBERRIES WITH BALSAMIC CLOVER HONEY GLAZE

Ingredients:
2 oz balsamic vinegar
4 oz clover honey
3 Tablespoons fresh mint, julienne
20 to 24 strawberries, quartered
 
Directions:

1.  Heat balsamic vinegar and honey in a saucepan until slightly reduced.

2.  Add mint and berries. Toss until coated. This can be served warm, or made ahead and served chilled.
