EGG NOG LITE

Ingredients:
2 egg whites, beat stiff
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup evaporated skim milk
1 teaspoon rum flavoring
1 egg yolk
1 pinch salt
 
Directions:
1.  In a small bowl, beat the egg yolk lightly.

2.  Beat in the sugar, skim milk, rum flavoring, and salt.

3.  Whip the egg whites separately until stiff and fold into the mixture.

Serves 2.
