1. In a deep-sided pan on medium heat, warm olive oil. Add chicken breasts, searing on both sides.
2. While chicken is searing, pour lime juice over top. Then sprinkle chili powder, cayenne pepper, garlic salt, and black pepper.
3. Add chopped tomato and onion, allowing them to cook until tender.
4. Pour black beans on top of chicken and vegetables. Continue cooking until chicken is cooked through and tender.
5. Place cooked rice on plate, put chicken on top of rice, and spoon the pan sauce with vegetables over the chicken.
For a complete meal, serve with a green salad.
