CHICKEN EASY DOES IT

Chicken
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cubed)
1 large onion (thinly sliced, or diced if your prefer)
1 ½ cans crushed tomatoes (use the 28 ounce size)
Fresh basil, chopped
Fresh ground pepper
1 pound whole wheat spaghetti, cooked according to package instructions
1/2 cup grated parmesan
 
Directions:


1.  Arrange cubed chicken in bottom of casserole dish.

2.  Cover with thinly sliced onion rings.

3.  Pour crushed tomatoes over chicken & onions.

4.  Sprinkle with basil & pepper

Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour 20 minutes

Serve over spaghetti with Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.

Salad Dressing:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
2 tablespoona sesame seeds
1 1/2 teaspoons minced onion
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup wine vinegar
1/2 cupWild Oats olive oil
Directions:
In a large bowl, whisk together sugar, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, onion, paprika, cider vinegar, wine vinegar and olive oil. Drizzle on your favorite salad greens!
