1. In a small bowl, mix the first four ingredients to make the special flavoring sauce.
2. Combine the sliced beef with the soy sauce, cooking wine, and cornstarch. Add the special flavoring sauce and stir to coat meat. Set aside.
3. Heat a wok or large skillet, add vegetable oil. Stir fry onion, garlic, and jalapeno for about one minute.
4. Remove vegetables from pan and add beef. Stir fry until beef is no longer pink, about 2 or 3 minutes.
5. Add the sautéed vegetables back in with the beef, mixing and stir frying briefly.
6. Add green onion and zucchini. Stir fry until they are just tender. Serve over cooked rice, or by itself!
