BROWNIE PIE

Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
¼ cup self-rising flour
¼ cup cocoa
3 whole eggs, lightly beaten
½ cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ cup to 1 cup chopped pecans
10-inch pie shell
 
Directions:


1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 

2.  In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients: sugar, flour, and cocoa. 

3.  Add the eggs, butter, vanilla, and pecans then mix thoroughly.    Pour into pie shell and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.

NOTE:  Bev says if you want to turn this into “Shut My Mouth Brownie Pie”, serve each slice warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, drizzle with chocolate syrup, and then add whipped cream and a cherry.  Before eating this dessert, she advises “Unbuckle your belt and undo your britches!!”
