Directions: |
1. Mix all the seasonings well in a small bowl.
2. Melt the butter, place in a shallow dish, and dip the fillets. Coat well with the seasoning mixture.
3. Heat an iron skillet on high with a small amount of oil. Cook fillets 3 minutes on each side. (There will be a lot of smoke!)
Serve with lemon wedges.
